Detailed Description
Steps are counted by the Oura Ring accelerometer. The common target is 10,000 steps/day, but a meta-analysis (Paluch 2022) showed mortality reduction starting from 7,000. Consistency matters as much as volume.

- Walk instead of driving for short distances
