Self-assessed cognitive clarity. 1 = heavy fog, 5 = full clarity. Project hypothesis: does dopamine from task completion vs sleep quality have more impact on brain fog? Requires correlation with Oura, RescueTime, and GitLab data (minimum 14 days).

How to Improve

  • Prioritize sleep (especially deep + REM)
  • Hydration — 2+ liters of water
  • Reduce refined carbohydrate intake
  • Cognitive tests for objectification (PVT, Stroop)
