Bearer Token

Import sleep, activity, readiness, stress, and HRV data from Oura Ring. Primary source of physiological data. Supports incremental sync — only new days are fetched.

Setup

1. Go to cloud.ouraring.com → Settings → Personal Access Tokens. 2. Create a token with access to daily, sleep, activity, workout, stress, resilience, spo2. 3. Paste the token in the integration settings.

  • sleep time-series (HR, HRV, stages, movement)
