Mood Scale
Purpose
Quick subjective assessment of emotional state on a 1–5 scale. Enables tracking mood dynamics and finding correlations with sleep quality, physical activity, and productivity.
How It Works
The widget displays a numeric scale or emoji set. The user picks a value, which is recorded as a mood metric with a timestamp. Recommended frequency is twice daily (morning and evening). Data is available for analysis via reports and dashboard.
